Apartment Car Wash Service in Coimbatore
Apartment parking is where most car cleaning problems start: limited water access, no wash bay and strict rules about hosepipes. Palapala Car Clean is built for exactly that setting.
We clean cars inside your basement or stilt parking using low-water equipment, so there is no runoff across the parking floor and no dependence on the building's water supply.
How We Work Inside Apartments
- On-site cleaning in basement and stilt parking
- Under 15 litres of water per wash
- No hosepipes dragged across common areas
- Uniformed, verified staff for building security records
- Fixed weekly schedule so the watchman knows the visit timing
Plans for Multiple Flats in One Building
When several owners in the same block subscribe, we cover them in one visit, which keeps the schedule tight and predictable. Each flat is billed separately on the standard monthly plan, so nobody has to collect money on behalf of others.
Two-wheelers parked in the same slot can be added for ₹100 per month.
Getting Approval from Your Association
If your association needs details before allowing service, we can share our staff details, the equipment used and our water consumption per wash. Most buildings approve us quickly because we do not use their water or power.
Message us on WhatsApp with your apartment name in Coimbatore and we will check whether we already serve your building.
